Privacy policy for the SAKKAR TOV website

This page describes how SAKKAR TOV handles information for visitors of the corporate website at sakkar.space. Our intention is plain: collect the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and keep the website online. The mobile application has its own separate policy page.

Who we are

SAKKAR TOV is a registered Ukrainian legal entity operating in event production and creative services.

Information we process

We process the contents of the contact form when you submit it to us: your name, email address, the event type you selected, and the body of your message. The form is handled through a standard mail delivery mechanism and the message is stored in our corporate mailbox.

Server logs retain the standard web request metadata that Cloudflare Pages records for security and reliability — IP address, request timestamp, user agent, and requested path. These logs are stored by our hosting provider under their retention policy and are accessed only for diagnostics.

Fonts and platform services

The website loads the Space Grotesk and Lora typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives the corresponding request metadata. We do not share analytics data with Google Fonts. The mobile application separately uses Google Play Services and Google Fonts; details live in the app privacy page.

How long we keep correspondence

We keep contact-form messages for the time needed to complete the conversation and deliver a proposal. Afterwards the message is archived inside the corporate mailbox for a reasonable business period and then removed.

Your rights

You may email us at any time to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email team@sakkar.space and we will acknowledge within one business day.

Security

Transport to the website is served over HTTPS. Correspondence is handled through a corporate mailbox with access limited to our production team.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the update will appear here before it takes effect.
